1. Nature of the Sweep
This golf sweepstake is organised by and for the benefit of {{CLUB_NAME}}. SnipeGolf provides the technology platform only. SnipeGolf collects no entry fees and makes no prize payouts. All monies are handled solely by {{CLUB_NAME}}. This is a private social event between members and patrons of the club.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or over to participate. By entering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Employees and family members of {{CLUB_NAME}} or SnipeGolf may be excluded at the organiser's discretion.
3. Responsible Gambling Notice

4. Entry
Entries must be submitted before the advertised deadline. Late entries may not be accepted at the organiser's discretion. Each person may enter once unless the organiser permits multiple entries.
5. Picks & Brackets
Participants must select 2 golfers from each of 4 brackets (8 picks total). All picks must be from the stated bracket. Duplicate picks are not permitted. The organiser reserves the right to verify picks and correct any errors.
6. Withdrawals (WD)
If a selected golfer withdraws from the tournament before Thursday's first round, SnipeGolf may automatically replace them with the next available player in the same bracket. This replacement is final. No replacements are made after 10pm Wednesday (UK time). After that, the withdrawn player's score counts as the MC/WD penalty.
7. Scoring & Tiebreakers
Scoring is based on the sum of all 8 picks' tournament scores (to par). Players who miss the cut or withdraw receive a penalty as specified in the Config. Tiebreakers are resolved in order: (1) Sum of all picks' scores; (2) Most top-place finishes among picks; (3) Closest tiebreaker prediction (under wins equal distance). The organiser's decision is final.
8. Prize
Prizes ({{PRIZE_TEXT}}) are awarded at the sole discretion of {{CLUB_NAME}}. The club is solely responsible for prize distribution. SnipeGolf has no liability whatsoever in connection with prizes. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
9. Limitation of Liability
SnipeGolf provides this platform "as is" without warranty of any kind. SnipeGolf is not liable for any technical issues, data loss, or errors in scores sourced from third parties (including ESPN). {{CLUB_NAME}} is solely responsible for the administration of this sweep.
10. Amendments
The organisers reserve the right to amend or cancel this sweep at any time. Participants will be notified via the contact details provided.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
